Ravenholm Hermes is a private automation used by one household. This policy describes how it handles Google user data.
With the operator's authorization, the app reads and writes the content of specific Google Sheets that the operator owns. It accesses no other Google data.
Sheet content is used only to produce reminders and to record updates the operator or household members submit. The authorization token is stored only on the operator's own private server. Sheet content is not copied to any public service.
The app does not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, and does not use it for advertising. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The operator can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which invalidates the stored token.
